Off of West 9 Mile Rd and Greenfield Rd. Go East on W. 9 Mile Rd from Greenfield Make a right at the first light called "Stratford." Take it straight down (3 Blocks) until you reach a stop sign to street "Stratford Court." At the stop sign, you will only be able to make a left or right and Frederick Douglas Academy school will be in front of you. Make a Right and you will see the community on your right.

We can put you on a call back list and check in with you from time to time. We also have a waitlist you can apply for and be on for a year before you are required to make a decision.
We do a credit check with a back ground check, Landlord Verification, and Employment Verification.

We do no have furnished apartments. We can give you information to call a vendor to rent furniture if you would like. You can Google furnished apartments in the area.

We do allow you to have guest but if they stay more than 10 days they must be added to the lease. We do not allow Airbnb.
We are a pet friendly community. We do have a monthly Pet Fee of $35 per pet and a $500 deposit which $200 can be refunded upon move out.
Everyone on the lease is responsible for rent until paid in full.
